(04) The studio

Scroll :::

Snapra is an independent studio where design and code live in the same head. No agencies, no handoffs, just thoughtful work shipped for founders across the US, the UK and beyond.

(05) Working together

Fixed scope,
no surprises.

Same person from the first call to launch day. Four steps, three ways in, and anything outside the scope is quoted before it is built, never after.

The four steps :::

  1. 01

    Discovery

    1 week

    Goals, audience and scope, agreed in writing before anything is designed.

  2. 02

    Design

    2 to 4 weeks

    High fidelity design in Figma, reviewed together until it is right.

  3. 03

    Build

    2 to 6 weeks

    Framer, Webflow or code, whichever serves the project best.

  4. 04

    Launch

    1 week

    Testing, SEO, analytics and a handoff you can actually run.

Six to fourteen weeks, end to end.

Three ways in :::

What each one includes

012 to 3 weeks

Landing page

One page that earns the click.

  • Copy structure and wireframe

Full website

The whole marketing site, end to end.

  • Everything in Landing page
  • Up to eight pages
  • Blog and case study CMS
  • Motion and interaction design
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Training session on handoff
0310 to 14 weeks

SaaS product

Design and full-stack build.

  • Product and UX design

Every project starts with a paid discovery week. If we stop there, the research is yours to keep.

(06) Questions

Before you
get in touch.

  • I will. Snapra is one person by design: the same hands do the strategy, the design and the code, so nothing is lost translating between people.

  • Async by default, written down. I work on CET, which overlaps with the UK all day and with US mornings. Calls when a decision needs one, not as a weekly ritual.

  • A clear goal, whatever brand material exists, and one person who can approve decisions. If there is no brand yet, that becomes part of the project.

  • Yes. Every build ships with a CMS your team can use without me, plus a short session on handoff to walk through it.

  • Small fixes in the first month are on me. Beyond that we can work in monthly blocks, or you can bring me back per project.

  • Yes, as a white-label design and build partner. Happy to stay invisible in front of your client.

Still unsure

Twenty minutes usually settles it.

No deck, no pitch. Bring the problem and we will work out whether this is a fit.
